Dr. Kimmy is a double Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalist, CEO of The Doctor Coach School™️, and host of The Doctor Coach School™ Podcast. This podcast was created in order to help doctors, particularly women doctors of color, create, market, and confidently sell transformational coaching programs. Dr. Kimmy first built her business as a Procrastination Coach in 2019, helping professional women break the cycle of self-sabotage so that they could level up their lives, after she was able to push through procrastination and develop systems and processes to overcome her own overwhelm. She built a multi 6-figure coaching business from scratch and while working full time. Dr. Kimmy then began helping women doctors master their messaging and learn how to sell. She was able to help several of her clients develop thriving coaching businesses and sell high-ticket, high-impact coaching. This led to the creation of The Doctor Coach School™️. In DCS, Dr. Kimmy recognizes that the very tools that she developed to coach herself and her clients are also effective to market and sell. Self Mastery Leads To Sales Mastery

In this episode, I compare two examples of sales calls to compare the difference that internal mastery makes in the efficacy of your pitch. In each scenario, I talk you through the three simultaneous thoughts a client needs to have if you want to convert a sales call into a purchased coaching offer.
The very first person you have to know how to coach is you. You master your brain; you master your messaging.
You do not need to follow a sales script. You don’t have to pay for a marketing package. If you aren’t successful on sales calls, it is because of something going on internally with you. Your emotions prevent you from moving that potential client into the pocket of belief.
When you can effectively diagnose and treat what is happening in your brain, you can then diagnose what is happening with your client and offer them that treatment plan. You can't do that if you're in a fight, flight, freeze, or appease mode.
