Hey there. Hi everyone. Dr. Kimmy here. I am here because I have an update. I have something that I wanna share and I actually wanna take you guys a little bit behind the scenes. To show you how I got here, like I wanna walk you through my thought process for the shift that happened today with the challenge. So if you guys have been watching or listening, then you guys know that I am hosting a three-day challenge. Today is Friday. As of this recording, the challenge is on Sunday, March 16th. Now. Initially the name of the challenge was the In Demand Doctor Coach Challenge, and essentially what I wanted to do is I wanted to show you how to become a coach that is in demand. And what I mean by that is a coach with an offer that is so dialed in using sales psychology is so dialed in. To what your ideal customers desire and solves a very unique problem that your ideal customers have. Like it's so on point that people come to you even before you really started selling. And so that, that was that's the challenge. That's the, that's what we're gonna be covering and that's still what we're gonna be covering. However, I realized today that the title of the challenge was confusing. So let me explain. I had someone actually reach out to me. And she said, I, she's a physician, right? She's a physician. She's a, she's actually a pediatrician, so she's a physician, she's a pediatrician. And she actually said, I want to come to this challenge because people have been asking me to coach them. But I feel like, I'm not really sure if this is for me, because it seems like this is just for doctors who are coaching other doctors. And I said. Oh my gosh, that is absolutely not what is going on here? So of my clients that I serve inside of DCS and IPMD, I would say. The vast minority of them serve physicians, so maybe 20 to 30% of all the clients that I've served since I launched the doctor coach school, have served other physicians or other doctors like exclusively in some capacity. This school. And all of my offers are for physicians, are for doctors who want to be coaches. No matter the niche. No matter the target audience, right? No matter who you're coaching, right? So you might be coaching moms, you might be coaching athletes, you might be coaching professionals. You might be coaching or want to coach high income earners, you might be coaching or want to coach fathers. It doesn't matter as long as you are a doctor. That's really the key. As long as you are a doctor and you wanna be a coach. That's what this is about. Okay? So I wanted to make sure that was clear for you all, and because I got that question, and as soon as I cleared up the question and responded. That physician registered for the challenge. And so what that let me know was that there's probably others of you who were also like a little bit confused. So I'm like, let me just clear up all the confusion. I wanna just make it easy and simple for y'all what we're doing here. Here's what we're doing. We are becoming booked, banked, and in demand. So what I mean by that. Is again, how can you, as a physician, as a doctor, how can you develop a coaching. Offer that is so juicy, that is in such demand that people are reaching out to you. And again, it doesn't matter what niche you're in, right? So I happen to be a business coach right now, but when I learned this and I began implementing sales psychology and building sales psychology into my offer. That was in 2021, and I was still a procrastination coach. I was not a business coach. I was a procrastination coach, and I had my very first five figure month as a procrastination coach by learning the principles that I am going to be teaching you in this upcoming challenge on Sunday. So again, no matter what your niche is. No matter what your background is, no matter what, like who you want to coach or what you wanna coach on, like I've helped physicians who are real estate coaches, parent coaches, leadership coaches, career coaches, the list goes on and on. Negotiation coaches, oh goodness. Burnout coaches, like there's so many niches and most, like I said, most of my clients do not work with physicians, caregiver coaches, right? Like my doctors who only work with those who would identify as a caregiver. There are so many. And really what that comes from is that's gonna come from your story, right? That's gonna come from what you actually have achieved for yourself. So if you have lost a hundred pounds and you wanna be a weight loss coach, but you're wondering what are the steps that it takes? I feel like I have to, do all of the things, be omnipresent on social media, have a pop-in website. I wanna show you in this challenge that's not the case, but it's really important for me to demonstrate to you that it really doesn't matter what your niche is, what your target demographic is. As long as you have a powerful story, as long as there's something that you have overcome, what I'm gonna do in this challenge is I'm gonna teach you sales psychology, and I am gonna help you develop an in-demand offer. A offer that someone hears it and on site they're like, that's what I need, that's what I need. Where you will have people reaching out to you. To work with you. Like they'll want to work with you just because you have. I was gonna say on Point Lee, but I feel like that's not. A phrase. I feel like that's, you can't say that they have. You have so clearly and distinctly defined the problem that they have, and you are pointing them to the solution that they desire. You're giving them a sense of exactly where they want to be. You're tapping into their desire. Once you are able to do that. You will be able to be a coach that has demand, okay? You will be able to be a coach that has demand and so that, that's why we're having this challenge. That's what this challenge is about. I don't care if you wanna coach like salespeople who live in Canada. It, unless that's your story, I would shy away from that, but. As long as you are a doctor, like any specialty, any professional background, as long as you carry a clinical doctorate, you can be in this challenge, and I will show you how to build your offer in such a way that you become an in-demand coach with an in-demand offer. Again, the niche is irrelevant, the niche is irrelevant. The target demographic is irrelevant. It really doesn't matter when you understand cell psychology. It matters not right? And it doesn't, when I say demand it, I don't mean that you need to have like thousands of people knocking down your door because you might be thinking I will never be in demand.'cause I have a small audience. Like how can I build demand if I have a small audience? That's the thing. When you know how to sell a high ticket offer, five people can get you to six figures. If your offer is 20 K which I have several clients whose offers are 20 K, right? Or 10. Let's say you sell 10 people in a year and your offer is 10 K. You've hit your first six figures, 10 people in a year. Sometimes we feel like we need to be hearing yeses every single day. In the next 12 months, you only need to hear 10 yeses in order to hit six figures with a$10,000 offer. And what I wanna show you, how is, how to structure your offer. So that those 10 people are coming to you like they are coming to you. That's the key. All right? That's the secret sauce. What we're gonna be doing is I'm gonna be walking you through three steps. There's only three things that you need to do. So this challenge is for you is if you are a brand new coach, you've never coached before you, your coaching idea has just been stuck in your head. It's been living in your head. Run free child. You have all the ideas. Your notes app is full. Full of ideas. Okay. That's you. When you know how to do this in terms of a high ticket offer. Because again, if you have a 10 K offer and you have 10 people coming to you, that's a six figure business, right? And in a year you will definitely have, with this process, you will definitely have. At least 10 people coming to you. But the key is a lot of the doctors, the physicians I see out there, like you're chasing clients. Like you're doing all the things to try to like chase after clients. I. What I'm gonna show you is how to attract them to you. And it's not some woo metaphysical manifestation stuff because I don't do that. It's just hardcore sales psychology. It's just sales psychology. It's simple. I say hardcore'cause it works really well, but it's simple. It is straightforward. If I can teach a doctor how to sell, if I can teach a doctor how to hit six figures, any doctor, because they don't teach us this in our professional schools. They don't teach us this in med school. They don't teach us this in residency. If I can help. My clients do this. I can for sure help you because I don't think you're any different than them. You might think you are, you're not. If you have a brain and a story, you can be a six figure coach. And it just, it's just about understanding and learning the steps. And I'm gonna walk you through three steps, only three things. There's only three that shit like. Takes so much pressure off because again, some of you all are doing the most, you're doing the most and you're throwing spaghetti at the wall. And the thing that is like heart wrenching because I was, you, I was doing the most before I learned sales psychology. You're gonna burn out in your business. That's the thing. I don't wanna see another doctor burn out. I was talking to a doctor this week'cause I was coaching in this like other community and she was the one, she's I'm doing monthly webinars. She's I am omnipresent on every single social media platform out there. I'm omnipresent on all of them. I have not been able to sign one client, not one. That to me. Breaks my heart only because if we don't like change that what's gonna happen is that doctor is gonna quit. She's gonna wanna quit her business. She's gonna say it's too hard. She's gonna say. This is not for me, or this is so not something I can do, and that is just not true. It's just simply untrue. It is something that you can do. It is for you. It's not outside of you. It's not for like the ha, like the haves. And then I'm a have not know as a non-business coach, I made my first five figures when I learned this process. I didn't know how to like really fully sell yet, right? Like I hadn't mastered the sales call. I hadn't mastered messaging right on social media, but I mastered an in demand offer. That's what I mastered. And just based off of that, I had people coming to me wanting to work with me. So that is the power, that is the power of developing an offer using sales psychology that is so in demand that people are just like, I want it, I want in. And I want you guys to be like my clients in IPMD who. Are making money, having people come to them. One of my clients just this week launched a coaching, like not a coaching school, excuse me, an art school of her own and signed her first clients. What did I help her do? Develop an in-demand offer, right? Using the three steps that I'm gonna go over this Sunday. Because I understand my messaging, I understand who my people are, et cetera, et cetera. You don't need ads to hit six figures. You need an in demand offer to sign your first few clients, right?
