Like on your own, you could, but maybe you want to actually do it in community. I think that's the best, right? I'm going to walk you through, I'm going to walk you through IPMD what it is, I teach, what I teach, what you get, like how you get it. All of the particulars. And then I'm going to ask answer your questions. I've already seen some questions coming in. What I want you to do, like zoom will keep track of the questions, right? So no matter how many questions we get, just keep dropping as I say something, just drop your questions in. Okay. Drop them in the chat and not in the chat. Excuse me. Let me say that again. Don't drop them in the chat. Cause I might miss it. Please drop it in the Q and a box. Cause that way I can actually keep track of what I've answered versus what I haven't. Okay. So if you have a question, I've seen some come in, just drop them in the Q and a box and I will get to them. Okay. Okay. So let's talk about what we do inside of IPMD. IPMD stands for intellectual property mastery for doctors. Essentially what I want to help you do is to create your in demand offer, become an in demand coach. And create your first high ticket client. That is the goal of IPMD. By the end of the program, I want you all to have taken that step. Okay. All like these three things. Okay. So the process that I walk you through is going to seem familiar, right? What I'm going to walk you through and what I'm going to teach you is exactly what you learned over these three days. However, we're going in depth. So not, I'm not just going to tell you to own your expertise. I am actually going to give you tools and processes to do that. I have coaching tools that I have developed that my clients utilize and that my clients are able to also utilize such as the belief flow, the action belief process. The safety formula, all of these tools are going to help you become a coach, like step into your own coach energy and CEO energy as well. So you're going to walk away from the first part of the program, really deeply owning your own expertise. And then I'm going to show you how to turn that expertise into a proven process. So again, I've said this before, I believe. That if you have created a result for yourself, you have a process. What I do inside of IPMD is I'm going to help you download that process from your brain. It's in there. It's already in there. I'm going to help you map it out and give it a name. Not only that, I'm going to walk you through each and every milestone of your process. I'm gonna help you determine exactly what you're gonna coach on in every single session, right? So you are not gonna be wondering like, okay I'm a coach, but what I'm a coach on. I walk you through that, okay? Through my CPR framework, you're gonna know exactly what to coach on, exactly how to monitor progress for your clients, how to know when they're able to move on to another step. This. This is coaching. This is becoming a coach, right? And the beauty of it is it's your process. It's your intellectual property. If I say intellectual property, I want you to think about your own frameworks, your own methodologies, your own tools. Remember I said, I have tools to teach you. One of the things I'm going to do is help you create your own tools. And I just happen to believe that you're an expert. I just happen to believe you're an expert. I believe you have expertise and you could learn someone else's process exclusively. My, and you're going to learn, you're going to learn my coaching tools, my methodologies. You're actually going to use them on yourself. You're actually going to peer like coach with each other. And use them as well. But I also want you to develop your own because there's nothing special about me or any of the other coaches with IP. The only thing is we made the decision, right? And so by joining us in IPMD, you then get to make that decision to like really forge your own path. And I am very clear who this is for. This is for the person who knows that they want to make a name for themselves, not in the shiny flashy way, like that we talked about earlier, like the building, the like business in a box type of way, but in the actual meaningful way, like you want to create something. You want to create something new, fresh, that's never been seen before, that is yours, that you teach. There's nothing more gratifying than creating a system, a methodology that you then teach to someone else, and then their life changes. Absolutely incredible. It's everything. It's everything. It's actually what we thought medicine was going to be, if I can dare say that. Like that transformational process, watching someone else transform is absolutely everything. And then I teach you how to turn your process into an in demand offer. Like, how do I structure it, right? How do I create those how do I create it utilizing sales psychology, which again, whatever I say, anytime you hear me say sales psychology, I want you to just think about like actually looking at your person. What are they thinking? What are they feeling? What are they believing? And creating your offer from that place. And then, and I'm so excited to talk about how we're going to do this. Okay. This is like a little bit of like surprise and delight for some of my current clients and for some of you all who are joining us becoming an in demand coach. So those 10 steps, we're going to do those together. We're going to do those together. I want to be with you and walk with you throughout that journey. Because again, it's not gonna be easy. I don't want there to be any illusions. Okay. It's worth it. It's worth it. And along the way you're building demand, and demand, here's the thing, demand compounds, but it also like perpetuates, right? Unless you shut down your business, once you create demand, it compounds and it compounds like forever if you keep doing these things. And so You're going to be able to sign your first client with this methodology, and this is the methodology that you're going to have to continue as you create your six figure business now, inside of DCS like that might actually be one of the questions that comes up. So I'm going to answer it a little bit early. But I do have another program called the Dr. Coach School, right? How is IPMD different from DCS? DCS really helps my clients They're navigating entrepreneurship with like, how do I have a full panel of clients and still, I don't know. I don't know. Work full time because many of my doctors do, right? Some of my doctors decide to quit, but not all of them, right? So that's really what we do inside of DCS, but it really remember and I teach high level sales, high level marketing skills, like the sales psychology to really build your business up to that first six figures. But remember, you gotta have a flame first. IPMD is about kindling that flame, the marketing and the sales is just like the icing on the cake. I told y'all metaphor flame. Let me stick with fire. Okay. So it's the gasoline on the fire. Or if we want to shift metaphors, okay. It's the cake. It's the cake. And then the marketing and sales is like the icing and then the candles, I don't know. Okay. But you got to start with the cake. You got to start with the fire. That's what we do inside of IPMD. I help you build your offer. I help you become a coach in IPMD. Have the energy of a coach. Have the audacity of a coach. You know how much audacity it takes to put your, like a name to a process? Like people aren't just doing that. They do in my programs. This is what we do, right? This is exactly what we do. So you are going to learn these four steps inside of IPMD. And I can't wait to talk about how for this last one it's a goodie. It's a goodie. There's no other way. And I want there to be ample time. Some of y'all are going to move through the 10 steps, 10 steps faster than others. And that's cool. Everyone might go at a, like a little bit of their own pace. That's okay. But I want to be with you as you're journeying through those steps, as you're failing. I want to hold you. I want to coach you. I want to support you through that because it ain't going to be easy. It's going to be so worth it though. It is going to be so worth it. This is like how you build a thriving coaching business. This, being willing to get out there and fail over and over. Fail up. Over and over and over again. Guess what? Here's what you signed up for. If you're here and you want to be an entrepreneur, you signed up for a lifetime of failure. Congratulations. But you also signed up for so much. One of the things that I haven't yet like fully even talked about is like the internal transformation. Think about who you are going to be in six months. You're not going to be the same person you are now. You're not going to be the same person. That you are now the person that can move through these 10 steps and create income in their business is a different, fundamentally is going to be a different person. You're going to look back and be like, whoa, I can't believe how far I've come. So not only are you making money, what I'm so proud of is like who you become in the process. You become a coach, right? And as coaches, I want you to consider this. If you're saying you want to be a coach, right? Essentially what you're saying is, I want to help you, client, person, I want to help you and be with you and support you as you fail upward. Every single process. Every single process. Every single transformation that someone wants to go through. It doesn't matter what your niche is. I don't care. It doesn't matter what your niche is. Essentially, what you're selling is I'm going to help you fail upward. I'm going to be with you. I'm going to give you the tools and the guidance and the frameworks to fail upward. And then you're going to get a result and your life is going to be changed. That's coaching. And so as coaches, we go first honestly, good luck trying to sell some sell that trying to sell failure to someone. If you're not willing to fail, it's out of integrity. And so your brain is always trying to keep you in integrity, always. So your brain is going to be like, yeah, we're not doing that. Like meaning we're not selling hard. We're not selling at all. Because really what I'm selling is like something I'm not even willing to do. But like when you're on this journey. The only reason I can sell this so powerfully to y'all is because I do this every single day. I feel I'm just feeling just out here, feeling just out here in the world, just feeling just a failing daily. And so I can come to you and say, Hey, sis, guess what? You're going to fail. These are the 10 steps of failure. And you're going to be building demand every time. You're like, that's so encouraging. It wouldn't be encouraging if I weren't doing it too. It would feel off. If it would feel weird, it'd feel like, what is she selling me? But it feels encouraging because it's an integrity with my process and what I do every day. And like people can feel that. And so the more that you are willing as you go on this journey and you transform who you are because as coaches, we go first. As you transform who you are able to now show up and sell so much more powerfully. Okay? So that's why it's six months. Like we're getting in there. Okay. We going to be failing together. Okay. Get ready. We're going to be failing together and you're going to make money. This is the best type of failure. You're going to make money. Okay. So I'm going to support you through that process. Okay. Here's another reason why group coaching in this setting is so powerful and why it has to be done in a group. Okay. I'm actually going to give you a few reasons. The first one is you are going to see me like so many times we say we want to be a coach, but we actually don't have experience with what does it mean to actually be a coach? And to coach someone to hold space for them which means to be there with them without any judgment. What is that like? And you're going to be able to watch me coach other people, which gives you the benefit of receiving or like benefiting from the coaching that they're getting. But it also allows you to watch me coach them. When sometimes when you're getting coached directly. Your emotions are all I got. Every time I have several coaches. Anytime I'm being coached, I always have to go back and watch the replay because in the moment I'm a mess. Okay. I'm just like, Oh my gosh, like I'm a mess. So you don't want to learn how to be a coach only with the coaching you receive, because you might be too emotionally discombobulated to really absorb what's happening. But like when you're a coaching And you can watch someone else get coached. You watch, you're going to watch me like hold space for someone with emotions. You're going to watch me raise awareness of what's happening in their unconscious mind. Like you're going to watch me do all those things. You're going to watch me help someone fail and still hold belief that they're building demand. Like you're going to be able to watch me do that. Which is gonna help you, right? Cause maybe you have the same thought they have. And you get to watch me do it. I have coached, like I said, dozens of doctors and I'm a doctor myself. So I get it. I get how we think. I get what we struggle with. And so I want to give you the opportunity to experience that. For yourself. To get what you need. So to show up on the court and get the coaching you need. So you can go fail that week. Cause that's what we going to be doing, but also to watch the process of coaching. You're also going to get a library of all of our past calls. So anytime you are feeling some type of way, right? Even if it's not a Tuesday, it's not a coaching day. You just go back to a prior call, pull it up, listen to it. I always have something in my ear. Why? Cause I'm always failing. I'm always failing. I fail every day, all day. So like I need like something in my ear to help me. To build me up second night go fail again, right? So I'm either listening to is 1 of 3 things. It's either a coaching call lately. It's been a lot of coaching calls with my coach, right? So it's either a coaching call a podcast of some sort. Or a sermon, but the difference is the difference between 2019 2020 me who was also listening to like sermons on podcasts. I was just passively listening. I am now an active failure. So I'm like actively failing and then I have this stuff in my ear. So that's the difference. So you can do that as well. You get to do that as well. So that is the power of having a weekly group Coaching call, you're still going to get everything that you need, either because you get it directly from the coach, from me, or you're getting it as others are being coached. Okay. Here's another thing you get the Slack community. So you have access to ongoing coaching in between calls, right? So sometimes you, again, you can't wait. You're like, like I'm Dr. Kimmy, I'm failing. And I want to give up. And it's a Friday, you get to come, it's it's just an app. It's just the app that we currently use. You get to go and ask for coaching. Hey, somebody said yes. And then they said, no, I don't know what to do. Or like my offer statement, like I put it out there, but like now I feel like I want to delete the post. Can you help me? I'm like, my finger is hovering over the X button on Facebook. I'm about to delete it. Can someone help me work through this? That is the type of support that you're going to be able to get in the Slack community. We're also going to celebrate. We're going to celebrate every single step of that 10 step journey. We're going to celebrate you, right? And again, it's not always going to feel great. Maybe you come in and you're just like, okay, yeah, I got my first no. You're not feeling that great about it. We're going to remind you that you have just built demand at another level, right? We're going to allow you the negative emotion. You get to feel that, right? You get to have the negativity of the emotion. And we're also going to celebrate you and be like, girl, but you build in demand though. Cause before you were just out here passively failing and now you are actively building demand. We're going to celebrate you. What else do you get? You get a one-on-one niche guidance call with me. Here's the thing I tell y'all, and I've told y'all multiple times, it don't matter what your niche is. I am niche agnostic. I have helped doctors and adults, so many niches like parent coaches, life coaches, business coaches, all the coaches, okay? But I know you okay, because I am you and I know you're still gonna have some drama. Okay. So I'm still going to allow you to meet with me so we can, I can give you feedback on your niche, right? Cause even though I'm telling you, it doesn't matter. You can make money. It doesn't matter the niche. I know that your cave woman wants to tell you otherwise. Okay. So what I'm going to do, and it's, and I've actually been, as I've been doing these calls with my clients It's been so helpful for them. And for me, as the coach to just hear a little bit more about what you're struggling with, et cetera. So you get a one on one niche guidance call with me one throughout the program. So one time one on one call with me for a niche, like specifically, so we can work through your niche. Okay, I want to help this particular person. And I'm going to help you like, either maybe you need help with formulating what is the point B. Or maybe you know exactly what the point B is, but you need some help with like your belief and your ability to achieve that. We're going to do that together on that one. And then you're actually going to get the recording of it so you can go back over it. So when your cave woman starts acting up later, you can just go back. And then in addition to that, we do personalized intellectual property reviews. So when you submit your intellectual property to me. I will give you a personalized loom video. So loom is like an app where I can record my screen. So I'll pull up your intellectual property, your document, and I will give you detailed step by step feedback in the form of the video. What's so great about this is it's personalized to you. It's personalized to you. And as others are submitting their intellectual property. When I release the review, I actually do release it to the entire group only because I want other people to learn from what you have done as well. So you can also look at other people's IP reviews and see, okay, what's worked, what was the feedback Dr. Kinney has given etc. As you're building your intellectual property, as you're building your approving process, everyone's going to go at a little bit of a different pace. Okay. So some people are going to I've had people binge watch now. I don't recommend binge watching. Okay. I recommend implementing, but as you go, but when I go through programs, the way I do it is I do actually binge watch the first time. And then I go back. But you got to make sure you actually go back. You got to make sure you actually go back. And implement, right? So when you when you do that when you watch the program you can actually like as other folks are like submitting their IP reviews, right? And some people are going to get it done in like a weekend, right? And some people, it might take you three months. That's okay. That's why the program is six months. It's not a problem. Everyone's going to go at a little bit of a different pace. Don't make that a problem. It's not a problem for me. Because I have seen, again, I've seen people like they are ready to submit their IP in three weeks and some people take three months and that's okay. The goal though is that I want you to be actively failing, like at some point, right? So ideally, in the ideal world you'd move through the content between that one and two mark, like two month mark, right? Like sometime between one and two months. So move through the content. To build your intellectual property, to build your in demand offer, get some feedback on it, etc. And then we gotta start failing. Now there's gonna be some failure built in as well as you go, right? But we gotta get out there and start that 10 step process. If we want to eventually be the in demand coach who makes money. Okay. So all of this support, this is all of the support that you get. I want to show you how again, with time, the way you construct your offer and the way you refine it is going to change. So when Dr. Patricia joined in the beginning of IPMD at the time, I was really helping you create your in demand offer. And so she did that. She went through that process. And it wasn't until she got into DCS that she started the Okay. The failure process, and putting yourself out there and selling and all of that. And Dr. Patricia created one post. I was able to use you as a little bit of a a case study. And so we're going to be live together and we're going to do this work together at this demand activation intensive. Okay. So it's all good girl. It's all good. All right. I'm going to go ahead and answer your question. So the first question I see is, I don't have an offer yet. Should I wait until I have more clarity? This is such a good question. So I had a client. Dr. Peju. Who, she said this to me before she joined IPMD. So she was like, I actually don't have clarity on exactly what I want to do, what offer I want to create. I'm going to be talking for a while, so I'm going to put some lip gloss on. So she was like, I feel like I need to figure it out. And what she said was. I could, so this might resonate. She was like, I could really honestly, so this type of coaching because I've gotten this transformation, but I've also gotten some other transformations and I'm not exactly sure. And the analogy, I'm trying to see if I can remember it. So the analogy she gave me was This is what did she say? Residency. I need to select what program I want to be in or what what specialty, right? Before I move forward. I can't because I love that she made that analogy, right? She's I can't move forward, right? Until I pick the specialty, which is picking my niche or like developing my offer, like making that decision ahead of time. No, absolutely not. That is bringing the, our like doctor brain and our, like our medical brain into entrepreneurship. You only get clarity through action. If you get clarity at all, cause if you're in my programs, actually don't like the word clarity. But if there's any clarity at all, you don't get clarity through thinking. You can think and think some more. And at the end of all that thinking, you know what you'll continue to do just think some more, right? So like the reason I created and I've shared with you those 10 steps is like you are not going to be able to really refine what that process is, refine and clarify what that point B is, make it desirable. Like you don't do that through thinking. You only do that through getting out there and being willing to say it, being willing to fail. So even if you're like, but I don't really know what I would coach on. I'll, I teach you a process in IPMD to decide what you want your coaching niche to be. And then I even give you that niche guidance call on top of it. So that you can like, if you need someone to give you a blessing, which again, I'm going to tell you, you really don't need that, but, and yet, and still, I know your brain. So I'm going to help you with that. But you're not going to be able to do that by just thinking I don't want you to think you have to decide first, right? The decision, like I want to help you to create the decision. I actually have very specialized questions that help you. My clients have said in all of my programs that this is one of the most, one of the most helpful things that we do. I teach you a process called the purpose proposition. If you've heard of like your unique selling proposition, that's like in the business world. And my programs, I talk about the purpose proposition, right? So it's essentially like what, based on my story, what should I coach on? So I actually walk you through a process of unpacking your journey. So if you're like, I don't know what I should coach on. I got you. I'm actually going to show you how to decide. I'm going to show you how to decide based on like how you construct your story, the different things that you've been through. And the way I lead, I lay it out by the end. I have never had a client get to the end of the purpose proposition and say, I still don't know what I should coach on. Now you might need some coaching. On any discomfort that comes up. But it walks you seamlessly through the process of deciding what your coaching niche should be. So I don't want you to wait. Whomever asked that question. I don't want you to wait. I want you to join us. And then I want to help you with that process. Okay. So the next question I see. Is can I really charge a high ticket price? If I'm just starting out? Yeah. Yeah. Not only can you should. So I said, I don't remember what day it was. Maybe it was day one. I said, you should not even get out of bed for less than 5k. Here's why I said that. Cause that might feel like, okay, Dr. Kimmy, that sounds good, but like, where's that really coming from? Is that really something I can do? A hundred percent people pay for information. They do. Okay. But people pay a lot for transformation and inside of IPMD, what you're going to be creating is a transformational coaching offer. This is not just like information base. You're going to changing people's lives. I don't care what niche you're in. Somebody's life is going to be changed fundamentally. And when you are able to articulate that change, like when you're able to articulate clearly exactly what that transformation is. People will be willing to pay. Not only will they be willing to pay, I'd argue you have to charge them. You have to charge them a high ticket price also. Because there's going to be a mismatch if you decide, I'm going to transform your whole life for 597. That'd be like me saying, I'm going to give you an air I'm going to sell you an Hermes bag for 2, 000. A Birkin. Now, if you don't know anything about bags, Birkin, like it's a very high end bag, minimum 10 K. So if I come out and I'm like, here's a Birkin for two K, your very first thought is going to be what's wrong with it, which is why so many new coaches they think that actually reducing their prices more, I got caught up in this in 2020, which is why I know reducing your prices more, it leads to more people buying. It absolutely doesn't. It leads to less. Because there's a mismatch. It's I'm going to transfer them your life for 597. Those are not aligned. And so clients start questioning it. Like it raises a question mark in their mind. And even if you're able to sell it to them, let's say like you are able to sell it to them. What ends up happening is they actually don't have enough skin in the game. So it was like me selling a 37 per month offer for a month and wondering why people aren't coming to the coaching calls. Why would they, right? So if you want to be a transformational coach, you should have, you have to charge transformational prices. Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you exactly how to price your offer. I have a very specific training on how to price your offer. Because for some of you, right? So the floor should be 5k, but some of you actually have a 10k offer inside of you. Did you know that? I'm going to show you. I'm going to get you to the point of being able to price your offer. Some of you have a 20K offer, like the first client you sign, you're going to make 20K. I have a client, Dr. Abby, who worked with me, who had never sold anything before, never sold anything. In fact, when she came to me, she was like, Dr. Kimmy, I don't even have a business page. Like all I have is my personal Facebook. I'm like, great. That's what we're going to use. That's where we're going to activate demand your personal Facebook page. And she was like she was very skeptical, but she decided to trust, she decided to trust. And when we developed her offer, like when she developed it and I walked her through how to price it with that training, the price we did, the price actually we determined, I think the price was actually like 15 K when we first like. Figured out the price, right? It was about 15 K and then she got on the phone, right? She got on the phone with her very first person and she ended up Charging them 20 K and the person bought the offer and that was like within the first month And in fact within the first 30 days, she sold 40 K. So yes, I am gonna teach you I'm gonna teach you a very specific process To know how to price your offer. So I, again I'm not only believe that you can, I believe you should, and I'm going to show you how. Okay. So really good question. Okay. Hold on. I'm getting, give me one second y'all. Okay. Next question. What if I, Oh, this is a good one. I'm so whoever asked this, I love it. I love it. Thank you for asking this because you're not the only one with this question. What if I failed at a program in the past? Such a good question. Such a good question. Here's the thing. There's only two reasons you might have failed at a program in the past. Either the program didn't work for whatever reason or you didn't work. There's only two reasons. Now here's the thing. You have the option, right? You have the opportunity. To keep like to hold on to the story of I failed at a program, like that, that feels real, but like those words are really a story. I failed at a program. You can continue having that story. Or you can say to yourself, I didn't achieve the result of the program. I know exactly why. So I want you to think about if this is you. Like maybe you didn't ask this question, but you're thinking this if this is you, I know exactly why, and here's what I'm going to do differently this time. So first of all, I'm joining a program that's unlike any other program which IPMD is. There's no other program like this that offers the level of support. that offers this, the intensity of the demand activation. There's no other program where you're like actively building demand in this really active way, right? So there's no other program like this. So I'm going down that path of joining a program. That's unlike I've ever joined before. And here's my plan going forward to ensure that I don't. Not do the work or I don't not show up. If you failed at a program in the past, it's only because at some point or on some level there, I want you to consider this. There was an emotion that came up for you that you didn't want to feel. And so you push that emotion away. Meaning you were like, I don't want to feel that, but it was the work that was making you feel that way. It was the work that was causing the emotion and because you didn't want to feel the emotion, you just push the work away. And so what I want to say to you is there's a process, there's a process, and I teach this of how to hold a negative motion in your body and still show up and do the work. And I just tend to think that probably you didn't learn that right in your other program. You probably didn't learn that and that's okay. That is okay. But what I can do is I can share that with you, right? So you don't have to be your, what you're not going to do is just be out here, failing, like going through the 10 steps and just like falling apart, right? You are going to be feeling, it's not going to feel great. And I have a process to walk you through that so that you are failing, right? But you are feeling forward. You are failing upward. So I want you, if you went through a program in the past, and for whatever reason, it didn't work or you didn't work, I want you to decide. I know exactly why, right? Don't just say I failed. That's the story. I want you to say, I did not get results in this program for this specific reason. And here's what I'm doing differently. I'm joining a program that's unlike any program that has the support to help me when I want to give up. And I'm going to do it in a community of folks who are just like me, right? And I'm committing to active failure. And when I want to stop failing, I'm going to reach out and I'm going to get coaching. That is a mature way to handle a past failure, right? Or you could carry the story of, I just, I failed, right? And you get to carry that story. That is your prerogative, but it doesn't move you forward. And so I want you to have a story about what happened in the past that helps to move you forward. Okay. So such a good question. Thank you. Thank you so much for asking that. Okay. Will there be, here's another question. Will there be logistical business coaching included like discussing medical liability, differences between coaching and conci sorry, if you hear a little humming, I just turned on my space heater. Something you have to know about me. I'm always cold, which is why I'm wearing a sweater dress and I turned on my heater. So I apologize. Hopefully you don't even hear that. Okay. Let me start over. So will there be logistical business coaching included like discussing medical liability differences between coaching and concierge practices and how to set up the administrative side of the business. So I will talk to you. I'm going to talk to you about what we do cover and what we don't. Okay. So all the aspects. So what we don't cover because I can't, because I work with clients from around the world. I talked to you about Dr. Patricia. She does not reside in the States, right? So what I don't do, and I'm also not a lawyer. So what we don't do is we don't talk about things like LLCs versus S corps. And that sort of thing. And the thing is I know we think that those are the most important things. And I'm not saying it's not important. It is, right? But often, we can use those administrative things as a Way to passively fail now, not always, but a lot of times, like we get hung up on the administrative stuff and we've started like working through those things, which is just another way for us to passively fail. So the things that we're going to cover, and we're going to, we're going to, I'm going to walk you through this live and demand activation, right? Cause sometimes also. Doing this on your own can feel like a little bit heavy, right? So on the demand activation call, we're actually going to do this together. So the things I'm going to actually going to walk you through are the things that are actually going to help you make money. Okay. So I'm going to help you set up the account that you use to collect money. So I recommend Stripe. I don't have a relationship with them or affiliate anything, I use stripe in my business. I've used them since the beginning. I'm going to help you set that up. I do have contracts for you all. So like initial, like for someone, someone says, yes. Okay. They're going to be my client. They need to sign an agreement. What do I, I give you sample contracts, which I'm all, I'm always going to tell you to, I'm not a lawyer. So you want to run that by your lawyer. And I can actually even give you, for those of you in the States, I can give you recommendations. Okay. Okay. For a lawyer that I work with, right? So I'm going to help you with that, right? Because these are the things that actually lead you toward creating money in your business, right? So the administrative aspects of the business that help you make money, I'm absolutely going to support you through that. What I'm not going to do and what I have had clients want me to do in the past is Get caught up in all the legal mumbo jumbo and the LLC, this, no, I'm not doing that, I'm not doing that. And I'm not doing that because of what I just said, we often use those things as a crush to passively fail. And I don't want that for you. I want you making money. So I will watch. So other things like here. Okay. Here's what you need. This is not the question, but the subtext of the question I'm going to, I'm going to answer, what do you need realistically to start coaching your clients? Like what are the either systems or the administrative things? What do I need? Here's what you need to have a coaching business. You need an email account. Okay. You need an email account. You need Calendly. or some sort of calendar scheduling service. I like Calendly because they're Black owned. Okay, so I always say Calendly, but like in the beginning, I didn't know they were Black owned. I used Acuity, I think. So what I mean by that is like a way for someone to get on your calendar, to like schedule. Like your clients like to schedule a coaching call with you, that type of thing, right? So you need that. You need a zoom account, not a free one. You need a paid zoom account. Okay, so because the free one is going to end at 45 minutes and that is very unprofessional. Like you don't want to be on a coaching call. And like at the 45 minute mark, it's do you want to buy more time though? So you need a paid zoom account. It could be the most basic one, but you need a paid zoom account and you need a way, you need a way to collect money. You need a client agreement. That's all you need to be a coach in the beginning. What you don't need are modules like videos. You don't need that. You don't like, there's a lot of things we think we need that we don't. Those are the, that's what you need. Now you need your IP, you need your milestones. You need to know what you're going to coach on. I help you with all that though. Now, in terms of the question of medical liability, here's what I'll say about that. I have worked with clients who already have a direct care practice of some sort, and they are adding a coaching component. So in that case, you have already Figured out the medical liability piece coaching is not medicine coaching is fundamentally a completely different field. So it is not covered by and this is a really common misconception. So I'm really glad that we're getting to talk about this coaching is not. Some people think coaching is like on the spectrum of medicine, but it's like at the lower level, like somewhere under therapy. No. Therapy is still rooted in the medical model. You need a license, right? Like you need certain credentialing to be a therapist. There is a patient relationship you're developing. We do not have that on coaching. There is no there, there's no medical liability. Now I have basic. Coaching liability insurance. And I'm happy to share like who I use for that. Again, I don't have any like affiliation relationship. Maybe I should get it, but I don't. So I'm happy to share that with you, but what I don't want you to think like that somehow coaching is like in the medical model. Now, if you decide that you want your coaching to be a hybrid. Of medicine plus coaching. That's completely up to you. We are not going to cover that aspect inside of IPM. That's something that you are going to have to work out with other entities, right? Because we are building coaching businesses. So I'm going to help you structure the coaching aspect. Of your business. Like I said, I've helped so many. I have a client who I was talking about this on the VIP session. She's an integrative medicine doctor who joined me and she built out a 15 K package incorporating coaching, plus the work she was already doing. So she already had the medical liability aspect worked out. What I did with her is helped her develop her intellectual property. Start talking about it. She actually had a multiple five figure day. Like she like put her out for out there into the world. And it was, there was so much demand for it that like, she had to shut it down because and create a wait list. Cause there were so many people coming to her, which like, so that's what we focus on. In IPMD is that aspect of it. Now I, because I've been in coaching for quite some time, I do know quite a few people who do different types of coaching, health coaching, et cetera. I've, again, I've worked with so many clients who I have a client, Dr. Angela, who is a lifestyle medicine. She's med kids. And then she got her lifestyle medicine certification, and then she launched, okay, I'm trying to get the timeline. She joined me and then she launched her coaching business. And then afterward launched her own practice and then decided to actually, she didn't combine them. Sorry. It's been a little bit since I've worked with her, but I think she has two separate businesses, right? So she has the coaching. And then she has her practice separately for her. That's what worked. I have like other clients who have combined it. She separated hers so I can get you in touch with lots of folks who can give you more guidance. On that, but what I'd be helping you with an IPM is really building out the coaching piece. We talked about Dr Abby, she also had her own practice, but her coaching was also separate. So I helped her build her coaching business. Right and then she had her practice. So if you need like resources and guidance, I'm happy to, I'm happy to point you in that direction. But in IPMD, I'm gonna give you the tools and the structures for your coaching business. And then in terms of just the differences between coaching and concierge practice. It's basically what I just said. So if you have a concierge practice, you are essentially establishing a physician patient relationship in some way, shape or form. So then you're going to be bound by by that, like the rules of engagement with regard to that in terms of licensing, right? So you're going to need to only see patients in the states that you're licensed in. Et cetera, et cetera. And I think that's why so many of my clients who have concierge practices have built in the coaching component so they can work with people more broadly, right? So that they're not like, if I have a Florida license and I'm restricted to just seeing patients in Florida, but I want to be able to see patients nationally or like internationally. Maybe I bring in the coaching component for my patients, like I add the coaching component to my patient care, right? But then I have my separate coaching offer, which I can utilize for, working with folks from anywhere. So that was a good question. It was layered and there was a lot like there were multiple questions in there and multiple questions that I know other people were probably thinking as well. So thank you so much for asking that. So the fastest way to make money is to start building that demand. So you could wait. I would not recommend it, right? Cause you're just going to prolong the under earning. I don't want you to burn out. You have too many people to help and to support. Okay. Like I've heard some of your stories. I already know. Okay. She just went to group. But typically, you want to be able to refine your process. Did you know you're going to be refining your process even after you've signed clients? You are. Y'all just saw me I, I am Based on the feedback from my clients, like watching them, studying them, I have made changes to my program. I've refined my process, right? Like you really want to, and I have so much experience with coaching that, I'm still doing that at the group level, but like in the beginning, you want to do that in a one on one fashion. Okay. You absolutely want to do that. With each client, like getting feedback from them, right? So you are going to be building out a one on one coaching offer. So I just wanted to say, you didn't ask that question, but I just wanted to answer it because somebody else might be asking. Now what I think the question is actually asking is do I do one on one coaching? I do. Let me tell you how my programs are all group, but here's how you're going to get one on one support for me. You get one on one support on our niche guidance calls, right? You get one on one support when I do your personalized. IP review. You get one on one support when you show up on a group call and you ask a question. You get one on one support when you show up in Slack and you ask for coaching and I coach you, right? So yes, I do. Do you are going to get one on one support. All of my offers are in the group setting for the reason that I gave you earlier, right? What happens in a group. It is so powerful. But you are going to get, you're not going to be a number in IPMD if that's like what the, if, again, I always try to like read the subtext of the question, you're not going to be a number. You've probably been in other group coaching programs where you have been and I'm, I hate that there's like that is happening in our industry, but even in DCS, like my clients are not a number like I'm, I know your business. Literally, like I have eyes on your business. You're not just going to be, you're not going to fall through the cracks. We have a system where we are actually, we have what's called a client success system where we are my coaching team and I, so it's myself, Dr. Shanika, and then our client success concierge, whose name is Mariah. We meet every other week just to, to talk about our clients, what's working, what's not working. Are there any folks that we want to reach out to? Because maybe like we haven't seen them in a few weeks, right? So you're not going to fall through the cracks in my program. Client success, your success is the number one thing for me. And there's nothing else that matters more. So I spend so much time on ensuring that you have an incredible experience. And that you achieve success, you achieve the result. So you are going to get one on one support. You're also going to get additional support from, like I said, Dr. Shanika, our client success concierge. So we have someone who's dedicated solely 100 percent to your success, which all of us are, right? Like I am as well. But we have a position in the company just for that, just because it's everything. It's everything to me. And we'll talk about this more on the demand activation intensive, but like client results are like the lifeblood of your business, right? Which is why we teach you even in IPMD, how to become a coach that can get clients results that has a process that works for your clients, right? Like client results are everything. And I hold true to that as well. Okay. Really quick, the next question I see is what if I don't have a big audience? Somebody asked that twice. Okay. Either two different people asked or it was asked twice. So let me give you the answer. If you don't have a big audience, you definitely want to join IPMD, right? Because it's created for those of you who don't have a big audience. Now, for those who do, it's Incredible. That's great. But most of us don't like most of us don't have like over 5, 000 or 10, 000 followers on anything. I think I have 3, 000 followers on Facebook and like 4, 000 on Instagram, but I made six figures with like less than a thousand followers. I made my first six figures. I talked about this on day one selling in a Facebook group of 49 people. So if you don't have a big audience. You want to make sure that you're actually creating demand. That's the number one thing you can do. You want to make sure you have an in domain offer. That's like that initial fire, right? Because you need everyone, every eyeball. If you don't have a lot of eyeballs, then that means every time an eyeball lands on your stuff, there needs to be a clear promise and a clear process that builds certainty. So if you don't have a big audience, I'd offer that you definitely need to join us and IPMD because just doing generic marketing things aren't going to work. Like you want to build a man. That's the number one thing that's going to lead to clients for you is demand, right? Like having the in demand offer and being an in demand coach, which I walked you through the process of how we're going to do that. And we're going to do it specifically in this enrollment at the activation. intensive. So that's why you want to join now. Okay. So to wrap up, let me just make, wait, hold on. Okay. One, one other question. I see there's a couple that are like a little bit of repeats. Should I test my offer with a lower price first? So I answered that already. No, you shouldn't. You absolutely shouldn't for the reasons that I explained earlier, right? It's for you and for your client. It's for both of you. So it's not just about like you, like hitting six figures and we do want that right eventually, but it's really for your clients as well. I also factor client results into that. And if you want your clients to actually be invested, to actually be showing up, to actually be getting results, you want to charge high ticket. Now, if that makes you feel a little crazy, that's okay. Just know that. All of my clients are doctors just like you who weren't making money. And now they are. I just don't think there's anything different with you, right? Like I don't think that you would be like the special unicorn who can't make money. Now, this process is going to work for you. It's going to work for you. I'm going to teach you how to create demand through building your in demand offer and becoming an in demand coach. And it's a process that works. Okay. Okay. And so the demand you create today is still going to be serving your business in two years in five years in 10 years like demand doesn't disappear unless your business does right so like you beginning this process is absolutely the best thing ever. Okay. So I'm going to, I'm going to stay and answer the other questions that have come in. Let me just mark off the ones that I have done so I don't get myself confused. Okay. So the last two questions I see are, what if I'm already in another coaching program? Such a good question. I always have people who are like, Oh, Dr. Kimmy, I found you like a month too late. I just joined another coaching program. Guess what? There's no other program. Like I can be absolutely not. So there's no other program that's going to be teaching you as a doctor to build demand. So if you want to actually start building demand I want to still invite you to join. Now, whatever you're learning in that program, this is not going to compete with that, right? If anything, and I'm going to tell you about a client who. And didn't let the fact that she was in another program stop her and has made so much money because of that. But if you are in another program, whatever process they're teaching you, right? I just happen to think our process is incredible, but whatever that is, you want to throw demand on top of that. No matter what it is, you want to do this work. Because it's only going to add to whatever's going on over there, right? So if you're already in another program, you want to join us in IPMD. Because you still need an in demand offer and you still need to learn how to become an in demand coach. So it's really just going to be like pouring. I need another metaphor. I feel like I've killed that metaphor. It's just only going to. Make your, whatever you're doing over there even better. I can't think of another metaphor, but yeah, so it's not going to compete with that. It's only going to enhance it. It's only going to enhance it. You don't want to be out here in the entrepreneurial world without an in demand offer and not being an in demand coach. That's a terrible idea. So no matter what you've already learned, you're like, you might be like, I'm already in a program. So I got to use that to get results. You don't want to do that. You want the whatever you do have, whatever you have learned, you want to put an in, put demand on top of that. If you want to have a business where you're creating income and impact going forward. Okay. If I am new, how can I get my clients results? Such a good question. So if you are new. Oh, wait, sorry. Hold on. Hold on. I wanted to tell you the quick story about my client who was in another program and then I'll answer that one. And then I think that's all the questions and we'll wrap up unless another one comes in. I'm going to stay until all the questions are answered. Okay. My client Dr. Day Ea So before she came to work with me, she actually was in another coaching program. And so when she came to me, she's I can't really join you right now, Dr. Kimmy, although I love what you're doing because I'm in another program. Okay, and I was like, okay, tell me about your program. She's we're learning this, we're learning that. It's not anything like what I teach, but she's I feel like I need to like finish that out. And the emotion really is like irresponsibility. It feels irresponsible. So move from one thing to another, it's not really an emotion, but I'll classify it as that it's really like sunk cost. So what I mean by that is your brain tells you I've already spent money and time. I've already sunk like money in time into this. I should just finish. It's a fallacy though. That's why it's called the sunk cost fallacy, because if whatever program you're in has not gotten you to the point of creating demand. You want to like immediately move on to the place where you're creating demand, but what our brain will do is it'll tell us I've already spent time here. I've already, invested here. Let me just see this through, but it's a fallacy because we'll just stay where we are. So now that that demand is really the key to a successful coaching business point blank period. As soon as you learn that you want to be able to want to move on to then create it, but your brain will tell you, no, but I should stay here. And because I've already spent time here, I want to offer a different way of thinking about it. Okay. So Dr. Deia. When I had that conversation with her, she was like, okay, I guess I'll just make that money back and then more make the money from that program. And then more, I'm like, absolutely you will. She now has, so she put her job, she has a multiple six figure coaching business, making more than what she made as an ER doctor. So if she would have stayed with that, like sunk costs mentality, She would have said yeah, but I've already joined this program. I'm just going to keep going. And she decided not to do that. And I want to offer that you can make that decision as well. Okay. This is the last question I see. If I'm new, be sure to click on that link. Okay. If I'm new, here it is. If I'm new, can I get my client's results? Yes. 100 percent you can. Here's how I'm going to help you with getting your client's results. And why I love this question also is because I am all about client results. I've already explained that, right? I already mentioned that, but so many business coaches are only focused on helping you make more money. One of the biggest things I do in my coaching business is help my clients, not just make money, but also make impact is income and impact for me. Okay. It's both. It's also not income. Like we want to be making income. And we want to be making impact. So really IPMD is going to help you sign your first client. And I, the, one of the reasons I extended the program to six months, is I want to as much as possible also help you as you are working with that first client and helping them get results. So the way you're going to do that, we start that process when you develop your process, right? So when you develop your process, it's coming from your story, which means you've already done it, which means it's proven. It's proven because you did it. And what I do is I also help you to flesh out what are all of the things that I should be coaching on. What are all of the milestones that I took? I walk you through the process of determining that. Because at the end of, at the end of that, I want you to be feeling really secure in your ability to help your clients get results, right? Because that's also one of the things that when you have that certainty. That's part of the formula. When you have that certainty, you're going to show up with that certainty. So it's everything. Client results are everything, right? So that's one of the ways. The second way is, remember I said, you want to get into IPMD because what you're going to see is you're going to see how to utilize your own intellectual property with your own like coaching tools and methodologies that I'm going to help you develop. And One of the things that's so unique about what we do over here in IPMD, really in all my programs is one of the very first things I'm going to teach you to do is coach yourself. I really don't know very many business coaching programs that are teaching you to coach yourself. I teach you to coach yourself because you are going to become your very first client. And when you learn how to coach yourself, trust me, if you can coach yourself and get yourself, And so belief in movement, you can 100 percent do it for someone else. So the best way to become a coach is to like, become your own client first, become a product of what you sell. And so I'm going to teach you exactly how to do that in IPMB. Now. In DCS, which is my, the ascension of that's like my clients. I told you about Dr. Patricia. She graduated at IPD. She joined us inside of DCS. We go even deeper into this, right? I have curriculum and structures on like, All of the like coaching methodologies, right? So we go even deeper into that, but we do start that in IPMD. And I'm going to also, we're going to talk more about it on the demand activation intensive as well, but we start that process in module one, when you begin coaching yourself. So when you join, you're going to get immediate access to the modules immediate access. So you're going to come in and you're going to immediately learn how to start coaching yourself. Which is a huge component of you becoming the coach that you want to become. And then, like I said, you join us for our coaching calls. You observing me do it right. And again, there is another level of mastery of coaching, but here's what I find. Sometimes we're so focused on that, like mastery level that we don't focus on getting that first client results. If you can get your first client results. That is the foundation of an incredible coaching business that will eventually be set up to scale. But we like, again, we collect all the credentials and all the things so that we have coaching mastery, but we don't have kindness to coach. The best way to become the coach you want to become is to sign clients as quickly as possible and get them results, which is why we want to start building demand immediately. If we wait to sign clients, then we're waiting to become a coach. Then we're waiting on that process of getting clients results, right? So that's why we hyper focus on building demand, building your in demand offers so you can get that first client, right? Cause the faster you get that first client is the faster you develop your coaching skills. Really good question. Okay. I think I've answered all of the questions. And you may be wondering if I join IPMD what happens next? What happens next is you are going to get an email from us, from my team with all of your information. So it's going to give you the login to the program. It's going to give you the Slack access. There's also going to be a coaching agreement in there, which you're also going to get, which I haven't touched on yet, but you're also going to get a, What should I, you could call it a workbook. It's not really a workbook, but it is a guide to help you navigate the program. So it has everything that you need, like the coaching times, everything that you need, the client agreement, everything, but it also has a roadmap. Now take it with a little bit of a grain of salt, because the roadmap probably still says four months. Okay. And the program is definitely six months. And I don't think they put the activation in yet. So We have to edit the roadmap, but what it does is it lays out basically the structure for how to move through the program, right? Again, we have to add the additional months and like the demand activation and all of that. But I say that to say we are consistently monitoring the progress, not in a big brother type of way, not in a creepy way. But we're watching your progress to just make sure, right? To make sure that you're moving along that you don't need any additional support or guidance or anything like that. So we were going to, you're going to walk through that process. You're going to get a series of emails again, with all of the information for the program. And then, so today's actually Tuesday. Who are the other coaches and their background? I want to make, do you mean, The coaches in the program or like the coaching team. I just want to make sure I I can just answer both. I'll just answer both. So in terms of the coaching team, so the coaching team only consists of myself. As the head coach, Dr. Shanika, who is the coach in, like I said, in both of my programs, who you'll meet her. You will mostly in the, be interacting with me, but you will see her. She may also be doing some of your IP reviews, et cetera. She's well versed in all aspects of the process. She's made well over six figures in her business with this process inside of DCS. She does all of it. So in DCS, we do copy reviews and she does all the copy. She knows this process. She knows this process. So we are the two coaches and the team here and there, you might actually meet some of the other DCS ladies and interact with them as well. The DCS ladies are invited to the activation call, which is going to be so fun. So you're going to be in the room with coaches.
