Hi everyone. I have eight minutes to tell you about how to become an in-demand doctor coach with an in-demand offer. It's not your first I ticket client. Now, it took me about 90 minutes to do this on day three of the challenge. Do you think I could do it in eight minutes? We're gonna try because I need to go cook. For the Sabbath that is coming up. And if I don't start at four 30, I'm not gonna be done. And I have to go to church tonight. So we gotta make this happen. We are, we have to make this happen. Okay? So I wanna tell you about the four steps of becoming an demand coach with an InDemand offer. Now, here's the thing, I'm gonna walk you through this blueprint I'm calling it. The IP to income blueprint, the name is new. The process is not okay. The process is the same process I used. To go from making barely any money in 2020 to having my first five figure month and being able to sell my first five figure offer as a procrastination coach. I want you guys to remember that I was not always a business coach. I was a procrastination coach'cause I was a procrastinator and I overcame it. So that was my story. So I turned my story into an offer, which is exactly what I teach my clients to do, but I didn't really know anything about demand. In year one of my business at all. And when I learned these principles and developed my own right, my own version of them, it completely took off. And so this is what I have been teaching my clients for years. This is why, if you look at my clients here, like why, what the heck is going on over there? Like why is it that Dr. Kimmy's clients like come out the gate making 20 K, 40 K, 5K, like this is why it's these four steps. The IP to income blueprint, step one is the authority shift. This is where you actually have to own your expertise, so not just have a vague sense of I think I can help people. That is not enough. You have to believe that people will pay you. You have to believe that your expertise, your story, what you have to offer is so valuable that people will pay you between 5K and 20 K. And I've had clients charge even more. Than that. Okay? You have to believe that that is you. You gotta sell that to yourself first, lest you think you can sell something to someone else that you have not sold to yourself. And that is why so many doctors are out here, underearning. They're underearning, and the reason they're underearning, the reason they're under earning is they are not sold like they are selling something that they're not sold on. So either they keep their idea in their head and they don't tell anyone. So they're not making any money'cause their idea's in their head or they sell a$497 course when they really wanna be a transformational coach like you. Really you don't wanna have a, course business, but you'll do that when you aren't owning your own expertise, owning your own authority. And so that has to be step one. There needs to be an identity shift toward I am a coach, I am a coach who is able to help my clients. I am a coach who is able to help my clients achieve success. Like you gotta believe that first and foremost. Okay, so that is step one, step two. We got four minutes, y'all. We got four. I don't. I might have to run over it. Just a couple minutes'cause this stuff is so good. Like I got, I haven't even taught y'all the demand triggers yet so anyway, step two. Step two, and this is really where I-I-P-M-D used to end like we used to end at you developing your 5K to 20 K offer. All that has changed. All of that has changed. So the next step is developing what I call your transformation protocol. That's the step-by-step process that you're gonna help your clients walk through. So I help you take your story and turn it into a methodology. In just a second, I'm gonna talk about why that's important, but there is still psychology to that. So many people are out here I'm a coach, I'm a coach, but you aren't. Talking about your process, and so it seems generic, it seems unforgettable. It seems like just run of the mill, right? It doesn't seem premium, it doesn't seem. Like it's in demand. And so when you have a transformational process that you can walk your clients through, where you can actually say, okay, first you're gonna do this, and then you're gonna do that, and then you're gonna do the third thing that builds so much trust of your people. Like that builds so much desire, right? And they can see themselves achieving results. And so I not only walk you through and help you develop your own, your very own methodology. What I'm also gonna help you do is understand all the different, like, all the different things you're gonna coach on, right? So don't just be out here in the world talking about oh, coaching six months for 12 K. That's not an offer. An offer is a structured. Transformation. And the only reason doctors aren't doing that is they don't believe that they can, and it's only because they haven't owned their own expertise. So that's why that has to be step one. Now, when you do that, when you own your expertise and you turn it, you turn that expertise into a high ticket offer, right? You are gonna be now be able to price that at 5K to 20 k. Or more, like I said, I have had clients sell offers up to$30,000 that people are buying people and corporations, right? Because this also works for corporations. Did you know that? Did you know that this works for corporations? I help corporate clients as well. In fact, I am about to sign my very first corporate contract and like a couple of weeks. So this is the same process that I'm using. This is it. This is the same process. So I am really excited. It's 4 28 y'all. I don't think we're gonna make it. I'm really excited to announce that IPMD. Now we go. We're going beyond, right? So we're not just, I'm not just helping you develop your offer. I'm not just helping you develop your coaching methodology. I am helping you create an offer that is built on demand. That has demand built into it, meaning people will be ready to buy it before you even sold it, right? So then when you learn how to market and sell, it's just like the fire that's thrown on top of it. It's absolutely incredible. And so because of that, so I'm gonna weave in some of the changes to IPMD that we're making. IPMD is now a six month offer. It's a six month program. We get to be together for six months, y'all, we get to be together for six months, not only. So this was like something that I'm just so excited. I'm so excited for it. I, fundamentally, I'm a sales coach. I wanna help my clients learn how to sell, right? Like it wasn't enough for me to help you develop your offer. I was like, I wanna help you make money. I wanna help you make money. And so that is what we are doing instead of IPMD. And the how I got here is my clients just started making money, right? Because I always talk about the fact that it's four 30. I, I blew it. I always talk about the fact that building belief is a revenue generating activity. So like they were doing the most important part inside of IPMD and their offers were structured and so it was. It was for sure like causing people to just, they were just would go out there and start selling and I wanted to be a part of that. So IPMD is now a six month program, and I'm gonna help you sign your first high ticket client inside of IPMD. That's the goal. That's what we're doing. And so how are we gonna do that? Let me talk about the next step. Demand design. This is where the fire gets lit. So what I'm gonna do is I am gonna teach you the six demand triggers that we are going to infuse into your offer. So your offer should not be random. Should not be random, right? There are specific, when I say demand triggers, let me explain what I mean. A demand trigger, and this is my terminology like. This is what we do inside of IPND and in DCS and in half mail in all my programs. I help you really get inside the head of your client. I'm gonna help you get inside their head such that the words you use are going to trigger desire and trigger belief in your ideal client. That's why they're demand triggers, right? So what they do, there's six of'em. What they do is they spark belief in your person. It helps the transformation that you're selling feel inevitable before you've even started selling it. That's how my clients can put up like one post. And have six dms. It's not random. It's because our offer, like the offer itself is built with the principles of sales psychology built with the principles of demand. So there's six demand triggers for the sake of time. Okay. I'll just quickly say them, but then I have to hop off emotional specificity. Okay, I Emotional specificity, identity alignment, result anchoring, process transparency, urgency by logic, not fake urgency. Urgency by logic. And then value certainty. So emotional specificity, like that's the first demand trigger. So your ideal client doesn't just understand your offer, it literally is gonna feel like it was written for them. Like it's gonna feel like that. And then the second one is identity alignment. And you really this step allows your ideal client to look at your offer and say, this is for me. Which is so powerful. It's so powerful. And then the next thing we do is we add in result anchoring so that the transformation is not vague or fluffy. That's the most. That is the one that we are most often like guilty of. Like we wanna make our transformation really fluffy and vague, and that's because we're trying to protect ourselves. I want you to get clear and to have a very specific. And desirable transformation. Notice I didn't say narrow. It doesn't have to be narrow. You don't have to niche down to doctors who live in Wyoming. That's not necessary, okay? You don't need like a hyper-specific niche. When you actually understand PS psychology, right? So result anchoring is the next one. Like the transformation should be clear, specific, and desirable. Then process transparency, which we've already talked about, right? Like you gotta have a transparent process. You can't hide your process because you've never developed it'cause you think you don't have a process or you're not certain about it. Like when you are certain there'll be certain. You have to show people what the process is. You have to show people what the steps are. Okay? Then urgency by logic. So there's so much fake urgency out there, right? There's gimmicks and there's tricks and things like that. Countdown, like we want urgency, biologic urgency, because the people just want it. Like when people want your offer. That's when there's like natural urgency. Natural urgency, not fake generated urgency, natural urgency. And then the last one is value certainty. So you want your client to look at your offer and be able to perceive the value before the price is mentioned. When you mention the price, they should either say, oh, I thought it was gonna be way more than that. Or that's about what I thought it was gonna be. If you say the price and your client is surprised, they think it was gonna be like much cheaper than that. There's something off in the demand design, like we've missed a step, like we, we've missed something. And so when you have all six of those elements built in, people don't need to be persuaded. You don't need to chase them down. Your offer is designed that it speaks to their brain. So I have a client, Dr. Patricia, who I taught her this process, right? Like I said, the name IP to Income Blueprint is new. The process isn't, she was a member of IPMD, right? And she learned this process like in terms of all of the six demand triggers, and she joined us in DCS, right? Put up one post and had two sales calls booked. And someone else in her DM that is demand, that is an offer built with demand. Or my client, Dr. Adobe, same thing. One post, she had 12 people reach out to her. 12 dms, absolutely incredible. So the fourth step is demand activation. This is where we activate. The demand, right? This is where we take that flame and we turn it up, right? So many of us are so many of us are really passive when we're building a coaching business. Either passive, like it just is living rent free in our head, or we're passive in the sense that we're doing things that don't actually lead to results, don't actually lead to clients. And inside of IPMD, I'm gonna teach you the demand activation process, and I have several steps to the process, which for the sake of time, I'm not gonna break them down. But what they do is they help you to activate the demand that is already there, right? The demands in the offer now. And now we have to activate it. There are 10 steps, all 10 feel like failure, but they're actually all building demand, right? And so you really wanna be able to do this in a community, which really speaks to the bonus that I'm offering. So I am offering, I. A demand activation intensive. And so this is actual real urgency'cause we're only doing the intensive once and then it's going live in the portal. The demand you build today is still gonna serve your business two years from now, three years from now, five years from now. Demand is not something that goes away. Demand compounds. It's just like the stock market, like you wanna get in early. Because it like becomes exponential growth. That is what happens when you understand how to activate demand. Like not doing qc, aesthetically pleasing things that look good on the gram, but don't actually lead to clients like demand activation leads to money, leads to clients, leads to income, leads to impact.
